Breast cancer is everyone’s concern. POP joins forces with Think Pink

For the second year in a year, POP Solutions is supporting Think Pink in its fight against breast cancer by producing 5,000 counter displays to help it sell pink ribbons for the good cause.

Breast cancer – the most common cancer among women in Belgium –impacts 1 in 8 women in our country. Think Pink, the Belgian national breast cancer organisation, is fighting this scourge via its Pink Ribbons awareness campaign, which this year will run from 15 September to 31 October. This year, the Pink Ribbons campaign is in four shades of pink. Each shade of pink represents a different type of breast cancer, a different reality, a specific battle, but above all, unconditional support for all the people affected.

Convinced of the merits of Think Pink’s campaign and wishing to support the cause, POP Solutions decided to help the association by sponsoring the production of 5,000 counter displays to be installed around the country at thousands of points of sale.

Sponsorship that makes sense

“When Think Pink asked us to support them by producing displays, we immediately agreed. We admire and share their commitment to the cause, especially since Think Pink aims to unite all Belgians in order to take action together. Sponsoring their campaign simply makes sense”, says Laurie Brion, Marcom manager at POP Solutions.

With these displays, Think Pink can deploy its Pink Ribbons campaign across the country. Buying and wearing a pink ribbon is a way of making those around you aware of the importance of getting tested, while also showing support for everyone impacted by the disease.

All profits from the Pink Ribbons campaign will be donated to projects that help people affected by breast cancer.
