POP Solutions strengthens its leadership by acquiring Alizé, specialised in cardboard POS materials

POP Solutions, a leading producer of point-of-sale (POS) promotional solutions, has acquired Alizé, a prominent specialist of POS materials based in the Liège region. This strategic acquisition aligns with POP Solutions’ ambition to consolidate its portfolio and expand its presence in the POS market across the Benelux region, France, and Germany.

Since 1997, Alizé has earned recognition for its innovative solutions in displays, packaging, and cardboard advertising materials. Thanks to consistent investments in modern and high-performance equipment, the company has distinguished itself through the quality and innovation of its products. This acquisition will integrate the expertise of both companies, enabling them to offer an expanded range of promotional solutions, including the use of new materials.

With the addition of a 4,000 m² production site in Belgium and state-of-the-art equipment, POP Solutions will significantly increase its production capacity.
